Dr Zakir Naik

Dr Zakir Naik originally began his career as a medical doctor, having attained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Mumbai. After being inspired by Ahmed Deedat, Naik began part-time, and later switched to a full-time career, by giving Islamic speeches to the public.

Dr Zakir Naik, one of the best known Muslim speakers and ideologues for inter-religious dialogue appears on the RKB Show and talks about just EVERYTHING., including the conspiracy against him that resulted in the UK government not only refusing a visa, but also labelling him as a proagandist for terrorism and Al Qaeda. As Dr Naik says, ” a deliberate selective reading of some of my speeches, coupled with a pre-set mind to deny me entry into the UK was responsible for this decision”

Zakir Abdul Karim Naik (born 18 October 1965) is the founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), which is a non-profit organization that owns Peace TV channel based in Mumbai, India. A prominent Muslim figure in the Muslim world, Naik is also a public speaker and a writer on the subject of Islam and other comparative religion.

He has successfully participated in several symposia and dialogues with prominent personalities of other faiths. His public dialogue with Dr. William Campbell (of USA) on the topic “The Qur’an and the Bible in the light of Science” held in Chicago, U.S.A., in April, 2000 was a resounding success.

Naik  was planned to be the star speaker at the Al-Khair Peace Convention 2010 in the UK, this weekend.
A UK Visa has already been issued to him for this event, although the media outlet The News reported that many of his crew members were refused UK visas. A Labor MP was approached by the organizers to help expedite the visa process for those who were not issued a visa but he refused to help them, The News reported.

FARIQ NAIK

Fariq Naik, son of the Illustrious world renowned orator on Islam and comparative religion, Dr, Zakir Naik, is presently 14 years of age and studying in Std. VIII.

Home was his 1st school where he received his Islamic training and his parents his 1st teachers. Born on the 10th July 1994, Fariq has an excellent memory. He is able to absorb Arabic, the language of the Qur’an easily and
converse fluently.

The complete memorization of the Glorious Qur’an is one of his achievements, along with regular Academics at the tender age of 13.
